Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
  • Present company services and business solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings (online & offline).
  • Prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM and client records.
  • Build long-term client relationships.


Requirements:


  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Finance preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
  • 1–5 years of Sales/Business Development experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
