Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a driven Software Sales Executive to sell our property management system (PMS) to hotels. This role requires a hybrid approach: closing new business and ensuring long-term client success through dedicated, hands-on after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities * Sales & Demos: Prospect new leads, conduct compelling software demonstrations, and close B2B deals within the hospitality sector.

  • Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and signing.
  • Client Onboarding (After-Sales): Take charge of post-sale implementation, system setup, and staff training to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Account Management (After-Sales): Act as the primary ongoing contact to troubleshoot issues, monitor system performance, and maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Growth & Feedback: Gather user feedback for the product development team, drive contract renewals, and identify upselling opportunities.

Qualifications * Proven experience in B2B software or SaaS sales (experience in hospitality tech is a strong plus).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to manage both revenue targets and post-sale client success.
