Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and revenue for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities using social medial platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, investors, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base.
- Coordinate and guide the filed team for property sourcing as per the requirement.
- Maintain property record in the system.
- Prepare and deliver property presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
