Job Description
🔷 Key Responsibilities
1. Agent Recruitment
- Identify and develop multiple sourcing channels for agent hiring
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential agents
- Conduct career seminars and recruitment drives
- Generate referrals through existing agents
2. Agent Development
- Provide training and guidance to agents on products and sales
- Conduct field activities and demonstrations (FODs)
- Monitor and improve agent productivity and performance
- Identify training needs and coordinate with trainers
