Job Description
Sales Representative Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Additional Key Roles & Responsibilities - Channel partner engagement (working with resellers/distributors). - Loyalty program promotion (educating customers on benefits and redemption). - ERP/software solution selling (consultative approach to solving operational pain points).
Qualifications - bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Proven track record in sales, preferably in [ERP Software]. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
