Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive for marketing and sales of Imported Indonesian Coal across industries such as ceramics, textiles, chemicals, paper mills, brick kilns, laminates, food processing, and other fuel-consuming industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and increasing sales volume.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customers for Imported Indonesian Coal.
• Visit factories, industrial units, and potential buyers regularly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer coal requirements such as GCV, ash, moisture, sulfur, etc.
• Coordinate with management regarding pricing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor market trends, coal rates, and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Prepare daily visit reports and sales reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations team for smooth supply and delivery.
• Attend trade meetings, exhibitions, and industrial networking events when required.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of coal industry/fuel industry preferred.
• Ability to develop industrial customers.
• Confidence in field marketing and client meetings.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and basic computer operations.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• QualificationGraduate in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience1–5 years experience in industrial marketing, coal trading, fuel sales, minerals, cement, ceramics, or B2B sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and field marketing interest may also apply.
