Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM Product)

Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office) / Remote

Job Summary:

As a BDM for our Product division, you won’t just be selling services; you’ll be the face of our specialized product portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals that expand our product footprint globally.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry networking.

· Product Expertise: Deep-dive into our product suite to conduct high-impact demos that solve specific client pain points.

· Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets (US, UK, Middle East, and beyond).

· Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales funnel—from initial contact and requirement gathering to negotiation and closing.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to align market feedback with product roadmaps.

· Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular forecasts to senior management.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in proposal writing and email marketing campaigns.

· Leadership abilities and experience in handling a sales team (added advantage).

· Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
