Job Description – Territory Manager

About the Role

Club Mahindra is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the position of Territory Manager. The candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing a sales team, generating business opportunities, and achieving territory-wise revenue targets.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in BFSI, Hospitality, Real Estate, Consumer Durables, or Direct Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales of Club Mahindra membership products within the assigned territory.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/advisors.Generate leads through activities, references, events, and corporate tie-ups.

Conduct sales presentations and customer meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching/training.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales engagement.

Prepare daily sales reports and territory performance updates.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales/team handling.

Experience in hospitality, vacation ownership, BFSI, or field sales preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets

Must be comfortable with field work and customer meetings.
