Job Purpose: Incharge - SAS is responsible for directing the on-site implementation and optimization of Substation Automation Systems (SAS), ensuring successful system deployment, integration with site-specific infrastructure, and adherence to technical and operational standards for enhanced performance.

• Contract Management & Compliance
  • Administer EPC, O&M, and vendor contracts across project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms, obligations, and timelines
  • Maintain contract documentation, records, and change logs
• Claims & Variation Management
  • Evaluate variation orders, change requests, and extension of time (EOT) claims
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate claims with contractors/vendors
  • Support dispute resolution through evidence-based documentation
• Commercial & Risk Management
  • Identify contractual risks and support mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project teams on contract interpretation
  • Monitor financial implications of variations and claims
• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Interface with internal teams—Project Execution, Procurement, Legal, Finance
  • Support contract negotiations and closure activities
  • Ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
• Experience: 8–12 years in contract management within infrastructure / power / renewable energy projects
• Exposure to EPC contracts, FIDIC conditions, and large-scale solar/wind projects preferred
