Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation,budgeting, banking relationships, MIS reporting, and financial planning. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate accounting, RERA, GST, project finance, and corporate laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards
• Preparation and analysis of MIS reports for management.
• Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Manage tax planning and ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws.
• Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for project loans and working capital facilities.
• Manage loan documentation, disbursement, repayment schedules, and compliance with sanction terms.
• Monitor compliance with RERA regulations..
• Coordinate preparation and submission of RERA financial statements and CA certifications.
• Prepare annual budgets and project-wise financial forecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual performance.
• Supervise vendor payments and customer collections.
• Monitor receivables, payables, and aging analysis.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and ledgers.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, internal, and lender audits.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
• Review work performed by junior accountants.
