Junior Accountant (2–3 Years Experience) – Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Industry Experience Mandatory

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Record Sales, Purchase, Journal, Receipt, Payment, and Contra Entries.
• Prepare and maintain GST records and assist in GST return filing.
• Process TDS entries and support TDS compliance.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and reconcile ledger accounts.
• Prepare and maintain Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
• Verify Purchase and Sales Invoices and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable (Debtors) and Accounts Payable (Creditors).
• Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth accounting operations.
• Assist in monthly closing, audit documentation, and MIS report preparation.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper accounting records.

• Required Skills
• 2–3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation, Sales & Purchase Accounting, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Billing, and Invoicing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting documentation.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
