Civil Coordinator

*Designation:- Civil Coordinator* *(Only Female)*

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating with architects for project drawings, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting project execution through AutoCAD and Excel-based coordination.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Coordinate with architects regarding project drawings, layouts, and design updates

Review and manage architectural drawings as per project requirements

Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and documentation

Assist internal teams by sharing updated drawings and coordination details

Use AutoCAD for basic drawing understanding, checking, and modifications

Prepare reports, trackers, and project updates in Excel

Follow up with architects and related departments for timely submissions

Ensure smooth communication between architectural and project teams

*Required Skills:*

Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Strong communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail in drawings and documentation

Ability to manage multiple follow-ups effectively

*Qualification:*

Autocad Course, Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

Freshers with relevant software knowledge can also apply

*Experience:*

Fresher to 3 Years (Preferred)

*Preferred Candidate Profile:*

Female candidate only

Organized, responsible, and proactive

Good communication skills with a professional approach

Job Timing:- 9:30 to 6:30 

Salary:- 20K to 35k (Depends on Candidate)
