Job Description
Daily Work
- Conduct morning meetings to review today’s tasks and yesterday’s achievements
- Check work quality and ensure all work is completed as per approved drawings
- Prepare and send DPR (Daily Progress Report) to the Project Manager
- Share the next day's planning and work schedule
- Update important work lists and daily progress with the Manager
- Follow up on job list activities and ensure timely completion
- Monitor day-to-day site cleaning and housekeeping
- Control and monitor material wastage at the site
- Ensure work is completed as per the checklist requirements
- Fill and maintain activity-wise checklists for all site work
Weekly Work
- Review weekly targets and achievements
- Conduct weekly meetings with contractors to discuss targets and progress
- Monitor project bar chart and work schedules
- Ensure weekly work progress is aligned with project timelines
Monthly Work
- Review monthly targets and achievements
- Track overall site progress against monthly planning
- Report key project updates and pending work to management
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must have experience in the Construction Industry
- Preference will be given to candidates with Residential Project experience
- Good knowledge of site execution, quality control, and project coordination
- Strong follow-up and reporting skills
- Ability to handle contractors and monitor daily site activities
- Basic knowledge of drawings, DPR preparation, and checklist management
