Job Description

Junior civil engineers (fresher to 2 years) support the planning, design, and safe execution of construction projects. They assist project managers by preparing structural blueprints, conducting site surveys, tracking material inventory, and ensuring site work complies with architectural plans and safety regulations. 


Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision: Assist senior engineers in monitoring daily construction activities, structural works (RCC, masonry), and finishing works.

Drafting & Design: Support the creation of 2D/3D layouts, blueprints, and structural designs using computer-aided software like AutoCAD.

Quantity Surveying: Prepare measurements, calculate material requirements, and assist in creating Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).

Quality & Safety: Conduct basic quality checks, log defects, and ensure workers adhere to occupational health and safety standards.

Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, verify contractor billing, and record site data for senior review.
