Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to support our Roofing Projects Division. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, client coordination, quotation preparation, lead generation, and follow-up activities to convert inquiries into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements for roofing works.
- Take site measurements and collect technical data required for project estimation.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations based on client requirements.
- Generate and manage inquiries through IndiaMART and other marketing channels.
- Contact prospective clients to understand their project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Submit quotations and maintain regular follow-up with clients for order conversion.
- Coordinate with clients regarding technical specifications, project scope, and commercial discussions.
- Prepare project-related reports and maintain customer records.
- Assist in project planning, execution, and coordination with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Support business development activities and identify new project opportunities.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in construction, roofing, steel structures, PEB, or related industries preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Estimation and quotation preparation.
- Site survey and measurement skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
- Lead generation and sales follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in roofing systems, PEB structures, industrial sheds, or construction projects.
- Experience handling IndiaMART inquiries and client follow-ups.
