About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage and support our clients after they have enrolled with the company. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to build strong professional relationships.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that clients receive timely guidance, understand the assigned tasks, and successfully complete their implementation process.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with assigned clients on a daily basis through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Guide clients in understanding and completing their assigned tasks according to the company's workflow.
  • Explain the features and usage of the company's client management application.
  • Follow up regularly with clients to ensure timely task completion.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
  • Resolve basic client queries using the provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training material.
  • Escalate technical, operational, or complex issues to the Senior Client Manager whenever required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Build long-term professional relationships by providing prompt and courteous support.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
  • Prepare daily updates and progress reports for management.
  • Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Gujarati will be an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/software applications.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • ExperienceFreshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Support, Customer Success, Client Servicing, Telecalling, or Customer Service will be preferred.
