Job Description

VHM Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an Ahmedabad-based technology company developing advanced CRM, automation, and business management solutions for clients across India and international markets.


We are looking for a confident Client Success Executive with excellent English communication skills who enjoys interacting with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and building long-term client relationships.


  • ResponsibilitiesConduct live product demos via Zoom/Google Meet.
  • Understand client requirements and explain product features.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indian and international clients.
  • Assist with client onboarding and product training.
  • Coordinate between clients and the development team to resolve issues.
  • Follow up on support requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain client records and meeting notes.
  • Learn new products and updates quickly.
