Job Description
CNC Operator
A CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role includes loading materials, monitoring machine operations, performing quality checks, measuring finished parts, maintaining production records, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts.
- Inspect components using measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance and report issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow workplace safety procedures.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining and measuring tools.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
