Job Title: Full-Time Cook (Jain Family)

Location: Ahmedabad , Thaltej-shilaj

Job Type: Full-Time (Live-in / Live-out)

Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time cook for a Jain family in Ahmedabad. The candidate should be well-versed in preparing hygienic, vegetarian Jain meals (without onion, garlic, and root vegetables) and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and taste.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as per Jain dietary guidelines
• Cook a variety of Gujarati and basic North Indian dishes
• Ensure strict adherence to Jain food practices (no onion, garlic, root vegetables)
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Manage grocery requirements and inform in advance for purchases
• Proper storage of food items and ingredients
• Assist in occasional special meals or guests
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Requirements: Prior experience as a cook for a Jain or vegetarian family preferred
• Good knowledge of Jain cuisine and cooking methods
• Ability to cook multiple dishes efficiently
• Clean, hygienic, and disciplined
• Trustworthy and respectful behavior
• Basic understanding of kitchen management
• Working Hours:Typically 8–10 hours daily (can vary based on family needs)
• Salary:₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and responsibilities)
• Food and accommodation (if live-in) can be provided
• Preferred Candidate: Local candidate from Ahmedabad or nearby areas
• Flexible and willing to adapt to family preferences
