We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, managing store displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and arranging merchandise.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• QualificationsHSC / Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in retail sales.
