Creative Designer (Brand & Content)

We are looking for a full-time Creative Designer to join Speing, a growing D2C wellness brand. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand branding, and be excited to create visuals that not only look good but also help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design daily creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Create product images for our website and marketplaces like Amazon, Blinkit, and Nykaa.
• Design Amazon A+ Content, Brand Store assets, listing images, and promotional banners.
• Create static and video creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and advertisements.
• Design website banners, email creatives, and marketing materials.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand identity across all platforms.
• Work closely with the founder to develop creative campaigns, product launches, and brand communication.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, colour, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent design tools.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing creatives.
• Ability to learn and adapt to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Studio, Adobe Firefly, and other emerging creative technologies.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for D2C brands or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of Amazon A+ Content and marketplace listing creatives.
• Motion graphics or After Effects experience is an added advantage.
• Fresh ideas, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
