Job Description

Payment follow-up with customers as per the due schedule

Documentation follow-up and file management

Coordination with customers regarding agreements, payments, possession, etc.

Coordinate internally with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams

Maintain customer records and CRM updates regularly

Handle customer queries and provide proper support

Prepare reports related to collections and customer status

Ensure timely communication and smooth customer relationship management
