CRM Executive

Job Description

·      Payment follow-up with customers as per the due schedule

·      Collect payment from the customer within the given timeline

·      Documentation follow-up and file management

·      Coordination with customers regarding agreements, payments, possession, etc.

·      Coordinate internally with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams

·      Maintain customer records and CRM updates regularly

·      Handle customer queries and provide proper support

·      Prepare reports related to collections and customer status

·      Ensure timely communication and smooth customer relationship management

·      Team Coordination:

·      Help the customer into Loan process

·      Help in the Society Handover process 

Required Skills:

·      Good communication and coordination skills

·      Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM software

·      Strong follow-up and multitasking ability

·      Experience in Real Estate CRM preferred

·      Professional and customer-friendly approach

Experience:

3–8 Years preferred in Real Estate CRM/Profile Handling.
