Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to team members while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions effectively.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of integration processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex accounting issues.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
