As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will participate in shaping application designs that align with organizational goals and ensure seamless integration with existing processes. Your role includes continuous engagement with various teams to refine requirements and contribute to the development of tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies within projects.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement among team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications using cloud-native technologies.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs within enterprise environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
