Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. This role requires taking ownership of project deliverables and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The engineer actively oversees the progress of tasks, addresses challenges as they arise, and ensures that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. Collaboration and communication are key components throughout the workday to drive project success and maintain alignment with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in managing and integrating complex software solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining system stability.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
