Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month

About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory / Stock Manager for our Crockery & Utensils Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing stock operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, handling inward/outward entries, and ensuring systematic stock management through inventory software such as Zoho Inventory or similar platforms.

Candidates with previous experience in Zoho Inventory will be given preference.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete inventory operations for crockery, cutlery, utensils, and related products
  • Maintain accurate stock records in Zoho Inventory or similar inventory management software
  • Handle inward and outward stock entries
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits
  • Maintain SKU-wise inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate with sales, purchase, and warehouse teams
  • Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products
  • Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of products
  • Generate inventory and stock movement reports when required
  • Minimize stock mismatch and inventory loss
  • RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field is mandatory
  • Previous experience in inventory or stock management preferred
  • Experience in Zoho Inventory is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory software
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and systematic working style
  • Ability to manage large product inventories efficiently
  • Preferred CandidateExperience in crockery, horeca, utensils, retail, or kitchen equipment industry will be an added advantage
  • Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented candidate preferred
