Sales Executive - Solar EPC Projects


Location: Ahmedabad & Nearby Areas


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing renewable energy company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales in the solar EPC sector, covering residential rooftop projects, C&I (Commercial & Industrial) installations, and ground-mounted systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to build a successful career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.


Role & Responsibilities

•      Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory (Ahmedabad & nearby areas)

•      Conduct field sales activities and technical discussions with prospective clients for residential rooftop, C&I, and ground-mounted solar projects

•      Prepare and present solar PV system quotations and proposals to clients

•      Negotiate terms and close sales deals with customers and channel partners

•      Build and maintain relationships with distributors, installers, and corporate clients

•      Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical clarifications regarding solar PV systems, inverters, and other electrical products

•      Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

•      Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular sales reports

•      Travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas for on-site client meetings and project surveys

•      Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction

 

Preferred Candidate ProfileQualification

•      BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering

•      Equivalent qualification with strong technical background

 

Experience & Skills

•      Fresher (0-1 year of experience) - candidates are welcome to apply

•      Basic knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical products

•      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and regional languages

•      Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

•      Willingness to engage in field sales and conduct customer site visits

•      Ability to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby regions

•      Target-oriented mindset with strong drive to achieve sales goals

•      Passion for renewable energy and sustainability

•      Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn

•      Two-wheeler preferred for convenient mobility
