Hiring: Customer Care Executive (Australian Solar Projects)
Company: Ray and Roots Ventures LLP
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Shift: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Australian Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
About Us:
Ray and Roots Ventures LLP is a growing company supporting solar installation projects across Australia. We work closely with installation partners and clients to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with strong English communication skills to handle client interactions, onboard new installers, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Australia-based clients via calls, emails, and chat
• Identify and onboard new solar installers for our network
• Generate and manage new client leads
• Maintain strong relationships with installers and clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Maintain records and follow up on ongoing work
Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Fresher or experience in customer support/sales is a plus
• Ability to work in early morning (Australian shift)
