Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication & Engagement

• Communicate with potential and existing customers to share product information and updates.
• Handle outbound and inbound communication professionally.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate product details.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-Up

• Contact leads from marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
• Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and drive interest.
• Assist in converting leads into business opportunities.

3. Marketing Support Activities

• Support the marketing team in promotional campaigns and outreach.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the marketing department.
• Assist in creating awareness for new products or services.

4. Records, Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain customer communication logs and update CRM/records regularly.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for customer requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language.
• Confident telephone etiquette and customer-handling ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, email).
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
