Customer Relationship Manager

Planet Hyundai is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and after-sales journey. The role focuses on improving customer experience, managing feedback, and supporting retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer feedback and monitor satisfaction levels (CSI).
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations promptly.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on sales inquiries, vehicle deliveries, and service visits.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to enhance customer experience.
- Support customer engagement and retention activities.
