Job Description

This role involves a mix of Reception and Admin duties. The main task is handling client calls from overseas clients. Secondary duties include calling clients for various purposes and handling other admin work. But the major part will involve taking inbound calls from existing clients.


What are we looking for?


  • Ability to communicate confidently with Australian customers over phone, email, etc. in good English.
  • Calm and Customer-focused attitude with strong listening and problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to start early in the morning, preferably atleast from 7:00 AM from the Ahmedabad office.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Prior experience in an International BPO or customer support role is preferred but freshers with excellent English may also apply. 
  • Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability and willingness to do admin work in between calls and in spare time.
  • Quick learner.
