The position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that data initiatives align with business goals and support competitive advantage through actionable insights.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategy with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate data governance practices to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on data management best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.
- Experience with data integration and migration processes within enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality management.
- Ability to analyze complex data landscapes and design scalable data architectures.
- Familiarity with data security principles and regulatory compliance requirements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Master Data Migration.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
