Job Description
Laptop Technician – In-Store Engineer
Location: Croma Store
Working Hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Weekly Off: Any one day between Monday to Friday
- 🔍 Eligibility Criteria Minimum 12th Pass
- At least 3 months of technical work experience
- Must be clean-shaven and well-groomed (representing TATA on the store floor)
- Must be available to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and festivals (Diwali, Eid, Holi, etc.)
- 🛠️ Technical Skills Required Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking
- Experience with Printer and Router installation
- Proficiency in MS Software, MS Office activation, and Printer setup
- Ability to perform:
- Windows 10 activation
- MS Office registration and configuration
- HDD partitioning
- OS backup creation
- Mail account configuration
- Data transfer and Outlook backup restore
- 🗣️ Communication & Sales SkillsFluent in Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers
- Must have a technical and sales-oriented attitude
- Confident in offering laptop demonstrations and explaining service offerings
- 👕 Dress CodeProvided: Branded T-Shirts
- Required: Black pants, white shirt (plain), and black formal shoes
