Job Description

Job SummaryThe IT Support Executive will manage and support messaging platforms including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and other communication services. The role involves ensuring smooth delivery, assisting clients, handling integrations, and maintaining system performance.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor Bulk SMS, WhatsApp messaging, and other digital communication platforms
  • Support clients in creating and executing messaging campaigns
  • Handle WhatsApp Business API setup, templates, and approvals
  • Manage DLT registration, sender IDs, and template approvals (as per Indian regulations)
  • Troubleshoot issues like message failures, delays, or delivery errors
  • Assist with API integrations (HTTP API, webhooks, etc.)
  • Monitor delivery reports (DLR), analytics, and campaign performance
  • Provide technical support via call, email, or chat
  • Coordinate with vendors, gateway providers, and telecom operators
  • Maintain client data, usage reports, and system logs
  • Ensure uptime, security, and performance of messaging systems
  • Required SkillsKnowledge of SMS gateways, WhatsApp API, and communication platforms
  • Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP requests, and integrations
  • Familiarity with Excel, CRM tools, and reporting
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Good communication and client-handling ability
