Job Purpose: Executive - Design is responsible for executing detailed design tasks, including creating and updating architectural drawings and models according to project specifications. The role involves conducting site assessments to gather data, ensuring that design decisions accurately reflect site conditions. The role will facilitate coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting design consistency and addressing queries.

 

Execute Architectural Design Tasks:

Create and update architectural drawings and models as per project specifications and client requirements. Ensure that all design concepts are executed in adherence with project goals, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Focus on delivering precise and high-quality design elements for assigned tasks, incorporating feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve design outputs.

Project Execution and Coordination:

Manage and execute design tasks efficiently, ensuring that they are completed according to the project schedule and within budget constraints.

Monitor and ensure that all design deliverables meet established milestones and deadlines. Coordinate with project managers to address any issues or delays that may impact the timelines.

Stakeholder Management:

Assist in communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistency in design and address any questions or concerns

Assist in organizing and participating in design review meetings, presenting progress, gathering feedback, and integrating suggestions into the design process.

Prepare and Manage Design Documentation:

Prepare and organize design reports, presentations, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date, adhering to project standards.

Provide regular updates on project status, progress and any issues to senior management.

Site Inspection and Construction Support

Perform regular site inspections, including surveys and assessments, to gather detailed data and insights necessary for design development.

Prepare comprehensive documentation of site conditions, ensuring accuracy and clarity for senior review.

Assist in integrating site-specific findings into design plans, contributing to accurate models and informed decision-making during the construction process.

Assist with Quality Assurance:

Review design work to ensure it meets project quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Verify that designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations and industry standards.

Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to design quality and compliance.

Education Qualification:

A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field is required.

Work Experience:

5-8 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on city-side or large-scale development projects, demonstrating strong practical skills and project involvement.
