Design Lead Water

• Lead and manage the design engineering team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members 

• Oversee the design and development of desalination, water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, and water irrigation systems 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, from conceptualization to completion 

• Drive innovation and sustainability in design solutions, incorporating the latest technologies and best practices 

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety requirements throughout the design process 

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality engineering designs 

• Conduct regular quality reviews and assessments to maintain the highest standards of design excellence 

• Provide technical expertise and support to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners 

• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation 

• Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the engineering department 

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Dam Design, Tunnel design
• Expertise in water treatment plant design and operation
• Proficiency in STP and desalination design and management
• In-depth knowledge of water irrigation network systems and technologies
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Understanding of hydraulic modeling and environmental impact assessment
• Experience with project management tools and techniques
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and environmental standards

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), Environmental Engineering, or related field 

Master's degree in Engineering or relevant discipline preferred 

Experience

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in the Desalination, Hydro, WTP, STP, and water irrigation industry
• Demonstrated track record of leading design engineering teams and delivering successful projects
• Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative and sustainable design solutions
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices
