Job Description

🎯 Role ObjectiveTo learn and support the quality department in ensuring that castings and processes meet required standards.

  • 🔧 Key Responsibilities (Fresher Level)Perform basic inspection of castings (visual checking for defects)
  • Measure components using vernier caliper, micrometer (under guidance)
  • Record inspection data in quality reports / formats
  • Assist seniors in testing & inspection activities
  • Learn to identify common casting defects (cracks, porosity, etc.)
  • Support in maintaining quality documentation
  • Follow shop-floor quality procedures and safety rules
  • Help in sorting/rework decisions under supervision
