Content & Creative Designing

·      Create simple and attractive content

·      Make posters, creatives, product posts, reels covers etc.

·      Good knowledge of Canva

·      Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator / Adobe Photoshop

·      Can write short captions and product descriptions

·      Basic video editing knowledge

Social Media Marketing

·      Handle Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn pages of the company

·      Regular posting and replying to basic enquiries

·      Good idea of current trends

·      Should know how to check post performance, reach, likes, leads

·      Should know how to improve content based on performance

Meta & Online Advertising

·      Knowledge of Meta Ads

·      Can create campaigns, run ads, and monitor results

·      Should know how to improve ROI

·      Knowledge of target audience selection, budget setting, A/B testing

SEO & Google

·      Basic knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

·      Can do keyword research

·      Knows about on-page and off-page basics

·      Knowledge of Google ranking and optimisation

·      Familiar with Google My Business updates & reviews handling

AI Tools Knowledge

·      Should know how to use AI tools to save time, improve content quality, and generate ideas (example: ChatGPT, AI image tools, etc.)

General Responsibilities

·      Keep all online platforms updated

·      Regular posting and content creation

·      Coordinate with sales team for product updates and enquiries

·      Basic reporting of work done every week/month

·      Should be willing to learn new tools and skills
