Job Description
- Proactively coordinate sales activities, ensuring smooth collaboration between different departments and team members.
- Multitask effectively to handle multiple sales tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and managing your time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Cultivate a positive and creative atmosphere within the sales team, fostering an enthusiastic approach to achieving individual and team goals.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present our products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and strategies to drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and phone calls
- Respond to WhatsApp messages
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Good listening and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Coordinate effectively with the internal team
