About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates who want to build a career in digital marketing and experienced professionals looking to grow their expertise in paid advertising and lead generation.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate leads, sales, and brand awareness.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in creating high-converting ad copies and campaign creatives.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
• Generate leads and improve campaign ROI through continuous optimization.
• Support the team in executing digital marketing strategies for clients and internal projects.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
• RequirementsFor FreshersGraduate in Marketing, Business, Commerce, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in Performance Marketing.
• For Experienced Candidates1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking.
• Experience managing lead generation and eCommerce campaigns is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance.
