Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detailed-oriented DMS Executive to manage our dealership software. You will handle daily data entry for vehicle sales, workshop services, and spare parts inventory, ensuring smooth coordination with the manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Punch customer vehicle bookings, insurance, and billing into the DMS software.
- Open and close workshop job cards and generate service bills.
- Track showroom and warehouse vehicle stock.
- Update spare parts inventory levels.
- Submit daily sales and service reports (MIS) to the management and OEM.
Requirements:
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years as a DMS Executive or Data Entry Operator in a two-wheeler/four-wheeler dealership.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, good typing speed, MS Excel, and familiarity with automobile dealer software
