Job Description
Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist / Digital Ads Expert
Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven, highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads. In this role, you will be entirely responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid media strategy to drive high-volume traffic, boost conversions, and maximize ROI/ROAS.
If you are a self-starter who lives in Ads Managers, thrives on A/B testing, and loves turning data insights into profitable scaling strategies, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Management: End-to-end setup, execution, and monitoring of paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display).
• Budget & ROI Optimization: Actively monitor daily ad spend, track cost-per-result metrics, and reallocate budgets efficiently to prevent overspending while scaling profitable campaigns.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Constantly test ad creatives, copy, hooks, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously lower Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC).
• Data & Analytics: Analyze full-funnel performance metrics daily using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and platform dashboards to identify drop-off points and optimize user journeys.
• Creative Collaboration: Coordinate closely with our content creators and design team to brainstorm high-converting visual assets, video scripts, and hooks based on performance data.
• Reporting: Maintain clean, transparent weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting spend, ROAS, net revenue, and actionable growth insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience managing profitable, high-budget performance marketing campaigns (preferably in E-commerce/D2C).
• Meta Ads Mastery: Deep understanding of Meta’s algorithm, custom/lookalike audiences, Advantage+ shopping campaigns, and Pixel/CAPI tracking.
• Google Ads Expertise: Strong command over Keyword Research, Google Shopping feeds, Search campaigns, and the mechanics of Performance Max (PMax).
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and the ability to extract actionable strategies from raw data.
• Funnel Optimization: Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and product pages.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and reporting skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and founders.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
• Active certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
• Experience with retention marketing tools (e.g., email/SMS marketing, WhatsApp automation).
