Job Opening: E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team and manage our online marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, JioMart, Myntra, Blinkit, and Porter.

Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing, and promotions.

Monitor and increase sales performance across all e-commerce platforms.

Manage inventory, stock updates, and order processing.

Handle return orders, customer complaints, and reconciliation.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Maintain office records and data management.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth operations.

Analyze sales trends and implement growth strategies.

Requirements:

Experience in managing multiple e-commerce marketplaces.

Good knowledge of seller panels, product listing, and inventory management.

Strong Excel and data management skills.

Ability to handle returns, claims, and customer service issues.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience in e-commerce sales and marketplace growth strategies preferred.
