Job Description Executive – Production & Maintenance
Department: Production & Operations
Location: Ahmedabad Unit
Company: AIMS Oxygen Pvt. Ltd.
Reports To: Unit Manager – Operations
Job Purpose To ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production of Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, CO₂ and related industrial gases by managing daily production activities, preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, statutory compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production and cylinder filling operations.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
- Monitor compressors, pumps, utilities, and production machinery.
- Ensure production targets, product quality, and minimum downtime.
- Maintain production and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, PESO, and Factory Act requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Promote 5S, PPE compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Production Engineering.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Gas, Oxygen Plant, Cryogenic Plant, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Process Industry.
- Experience in oxygen cylinder filling plants or Air Separation Units (ASU) will be an added advantage.
