Job Description
Job title: Export Documentation Executive-FMCG
Department: Export
Geography covered: Corporate office, Santej- Ahmedabad
Reports to: Export Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process export documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of
lading, certificates of origin, and other required documentation.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, including customs procedures, licensing
requirements, and trade restrictions.
Coordinate with shipping agents and freight forwarders to arrange for the smooth movement of
goods.
Maintain accurate records of export shipments and documentation.
Resolve documentation-related issues and discrepancies.
Provide support to the sales team regarding export procedures and documentation
requirements.
Liaise with regulatory authorities for obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
Conduct regular audits of export documentation to ensure compliance.
Stay updated on export regulations and industry best practices.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Hands-on experience with export procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms).
Proficiency in export documentation software.
Budget Max - Rs 35000 CTC per month
