Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our buttweld fittings manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, ensuring workplace safety, and coordinating with quality and maintenance teams.

Requirements:

  • 2+years of experience in buttweld fittings or pipe fittings manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and shop floor management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
