Job Description

Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must be an experienced car driver with a valid driving license and must be comfortable driving premium vehicles. Applications without driving experience will be rejected.


We are looking for a highly reliable, organized, and proactive individual to become the right-hand person for a business owner’s family office. The role combines driving responsibilities with operations, administration, vendor coordination, property management support, and day-to-day execution.

The ideal candidate takes ownership, solves problems independently, maintains confidentiality, and ensures that family and business logistics run smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

Mobility & Transportation

  • Drive family members safely and professionally.
  • Airport pickups and drop-offs.
  • Local and outstation travel when required.
  • Ensure vehicles are always clean, fueled, serviced, and ready.

Family Operations

  • Coordinate household vendors and service providers.
  • Manage maintenance activities across residence and other properties.
  • Handle bill payments, document collections, banking errands, and miscellaneous tasks.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules when required.

Property & Asset Management

  • Visit and inspect properties periodically.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and security personnel.
  • Track ongoing work and ensure timely completion.
  • Share updates and reports through WhatsApp.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain records of expenses and payments.
  • Manage vehicle insurance, PUC, servicing, and renewals.
  • Coordinate deliveries and logistics.
  • Assist with personal and business errands.

Vendor & Staff Coordination

  • Follow up with vendors until tasks are completed.
  • Coordinate with drivers, housekeeping staff, maintenance teams, and external agencies.
  • Negotiate and obtain quotations whenever required.


Required Qualifications

Must Have

  • Valid driving license.
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to use smartphone apps, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and UPI.
  • Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

Preferred

  • Experience working with business owners, promoters, CXOs, doctors, or HNI families.
  • Experience handling administration, facility management, or operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
