Job Description
- Coordinate with buyers, brands, vendors, and internal production teams.
- Handle product development from sampling to final production.
- Manage costing sheets, quotations, and order follow-ups.
- Source fabrics, trims, accessories, packaging materials, and other raw materials.
- Ensure timely execution of sampling, approvals, and production schedules.
- Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and quality checkpoints.
- Communicate with factories and suppliers regarding production status and updates.
- Maintain merchandising records, BOMs, tech packs, and client data.
- Assist in trend research, material development, and product planning.
- Work closely with design, production, and quality teams for smooth coordination.
