We are hiring a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers and collecting overdue payments. The role involves regular field visits, maintaining records, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit customers for payment collection
Follow up on pending dues
Maintain daily collection records
Submit reports to the manager
Handle basic customer queries
Ensure timely recovery of payments
Full time training will be provided by company
